Open Question: where do you buy those breast enhancers that fit into your bathers/bra?

what shops would i find those breast enhancers that fit into your bathers/bra? also are they waterproof? like can i put them in my bathers and go in the water?
what materialwould it be if it was waterproof

My puppy is a german shep/lab mix. that is 5 months old.
She has a crate that she LOVES to go in. I take her out to go to the bathroom every time i take her out of it, play with her, feed her, and right before we go to sleep. She will pee outside right when i take her out but she refuses to poop out there. We scrubbed our carpet so there is no smell of pee or poop but she literally will wait until she gets inside. We do not rub her nose in it, but when we catch her in the act, we stop her and take her to the proper area outside. She will hold it in during our walks then go in the house and do her business. We really dont know what to do about it. any suggestions would be very helpful! thank you!
